Service request & work proposal
The form helps us understand your website, store, automation, or AI needs. Submitting does not deduct money or automatically set a price or delivery date. A delivery obligation begins only after documented agreement on scope, contracting entity, and permissions.
The approved proposal states deliverables, schedule, fees, taxes, payment stages, revisions, acceptance process, support, hosting, and required subscriptions. Request clear details before agreeing.

Materials & permissions
Provide accurate materials you have the right to use and designate an authorized reviewer. Do not send passwords or customer data in the general request description. Connection permissions are arranged through a secure channel during delivery and limited to what is needed.
Where we process your customers' data on your behalf, an agreement must specify responsibilities, processing purposes, security, duration, subprocessors, and return or destruction. A website development contract does not imply permission to market their data.
Delivery & revisions
Work is reviewed against agreed acceptance criteria and milestones. Scope changes and their time and cost effects are documented before approval. A preview or prototype is neither final launch nor automatic acceptance; defect and non-conformity rights do not lapse merely because an unagreed period passes.
Rights & subscriptions
The contract defines delivered code, design files, content, and accounts, the licence or rights transfer, and its effective date. External components, fonts, platforms, and software retain their own licences. Domain and hosting ownership, account transfer, and recurring costs are clarified.
AI-generated products are not guaranteed unique or suitable for all uses. Publication, content, trademarks, and materials require rights and context review.
Support & cancellation
Setup, training, technical warranty, support, and response periods are defined in the proposal. Do not assume unlimited maintenance, free subscriptions, guaranteed search ranking or sales, or absolute AI accuracy.
Stopping work or cancellation depends on completed and documented work, the contract, general cancellation policy, and statutory rights. Specific terms do not prevent mandatory refund or non-conformity remedies.
