Scope of use
The Zawaya website lets you explore projects and services, send enquiries, and use services available to your investor account. Some services vary according to user eligibility, published information, and operating settings. A page or button does not itself mean a unit is available, a request is accepted, or an external integration is active.
Read these terms together with the privacy policy, the selected service's terms, and any specific contract you enter into. Mandatory statutory provisions prevail. Specific terms and the approved contract set out transaction details without diminishing statutory rights.
Account, eligibility & representation
Transactions require legal capacity and authority to act or represent an entity. Investor accounts are created by the authorized team and activated following necessary verification. Provide accurate information, keep it updated, safeguard login details, and do not share them with unauthorized persons.
Suspending an account for security or contractual reasons does not remove its holder's rights to complain, access their data, or receive statutory entitlements. Published contact channels remain available even when sign-in is unavailable.
Acceptable use
Use the website only for its stated purposes. Impersonation, forged consents or documents, circumvention of permissions, prices or bid rankings, damage to systems, collection of others' personal data without a lawful basis, unlawful content, and malicious files are prohibited.
Do not use generation tools to hide material defects, mislead buyers, or claim an unapproved concept is a construction drawing. Non-compliant actions may be restricted as necessary, and objections handled through available channels.
Information, advertising & intellectual property
Images, renders, and project stories illustrate concepts and scenes according to each item's description. They do not alone establish construction progress, final specifications, or financial returns. The specific approved transaction statement is the reference for the offer and contract.
Logos, text, software, and materials belong to their rights holders. Licensed materials remain subject to their published source terms. Display does not grant a licence to resell them or claim authorship. Statutory lawful-use rights remain intact. Do not provide material you have no right to use or share.
Electronic transactions
Consent for each service is limited to the action's wording, text, and data. Browsing or submitting an enquiry does not create a property purchase or development contract. Before contracting, review identity, authority, description, amount, dates, and documents.
Electronic copies and notices are retained according to the service process. A reservation record or deposit payment does not establish transfer of ownership; documentation and registration remain with the competent authorities.

Service continuity & liability
A service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, faults, or expiry of a provider arrangement or licence. We work to explain the effect and the status of existing requests. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or withhold compensation or refunds when due.
The website does not guarantee investment targets or official acceptance of generated outputs. Accepting these terms does not make the user responsible for errors attributable to the service provider.
Applicable laws & dispute resolution
Services and transactions are subject to applicable laws of Saudi Arabia according to their nature. Objections may begin through the complaints channel, without making this a condition for exercising a statutory right or approaching the competent regulator or court.
This page imposes neither mandatory arbitration nor exclusive jurisdiction contrary to law. Continued browsing is not a waiver of rights. Changes apply within their announced scope, and separate consent is requested where a change to a contractual obligation requires it.
