Before reserving
Unit information, price, deposit, tax and fee statements, deadline, and specific policy are shown before confirmation. Review ownership or rental eligibility and authority to represent, and request clarification of missing information. Project images do not guarantee specifications absent from the offer or contract.
Reservations are accepted only for units and services approved by management. Actions in a labelled demo environment are tests and do not constitute actual payment or contracting.
Signing & payment
The preliminary contract for the unit and parties is prepared for review and signing through the available process. Deposit payment opens after required signature verification. A screenshot or return from a payment page alone does not prove payment; provider status, amount, and reference are reconciled.
Enter payment details with the configured payment provider. Do not send full card numbers or security codes to support. You may provide the transaction reference, amount, and date when reporting a discrepancy.
Property reservation cancellation
Request cancellation from the reservation record where available and state the reason. Before an external process begins, a reservation may close according to its workflow. After signing or payment begins, cancellation effects require review, settlement, and checks on open operations.
Deposit refund entitlement, amount, and consequences depend on the transaction, contract, displayed reservation policy, and statutory rules. This policy declares neither all deposits non-refundable nor all deposits refundable. Closing a reservation does not invalidate an existing signature, transfer ownership, or automatically release funds.
Consumer rights in electronic services
Where the E-Commerce Law applies, the consumer's right to terminate a service contract within seven days is respected if the service has not been used or benefited from, subject to statutory exceptions by contract subject. Rights to terminate and obtain refunds for qualifying delivery or performance delays exceeding fifteen days are also respected, according to the law, agreed period, and force majeure.
This rule is not extended to every property reservation or auction without examining the transaction and specific provisions. Customization or commencement of a service does not automatically extinguish all consumer rights.

Refund review
Submit cancellation or refund enquiries or objections through the rights and complaints page with the reservation or transaction reference. This records the objection; it does not execute an immediate financial transfer. The team reviews entitlement, amount, and documented lawful costs, then explains the outcome and settlement reference.
When a refund is due, return is coordinated through an appropriate lawful method, using the original payment method where possible. Appearance in the account depends on provider and bank procedures. The team supplies the available reference and timing without promising an unverified bank deadline. Your right to approach the competent authority remains.
Taxes & fees
Each unit or service offer states whether tax is included, applicable fees, and the basis for charging them before commitment. Real estate transaction tax differs from VAT on goods and services; the transaction and statutory exemptions determine applicability. The website does not calculate an assumed tax merely by displaying a story or simulation result.
