Architectural customization
The studio uses approved unit geometry and recorded constraints and may produce a concept, plan, and model for discussion. It does not guarantee every generated image measurement is geometrically exact, or that a proposal is buildable or licensed for its proposed use.
Changes require specialist engineering review and owner and relevant authority approvals where necessary. Do not alter structural elements, exits, or safety requirements based only on generated output.
Digital twins & virtual rights
The digital copy represents the project using approved materials and geometry. Authorization or contract defines viewing, operating, and virtual-leasing rights, duration, scope, and provider. Ownership of physical property does not automatically grant virtual leasing rights or vice versa.
Displaying a virtual-use opportunity guarantees neither demand, income, nor doubled benefit. Documented virtual income is shown separately from the property portfolio. Creating a copy does not itself create a property right or financial asset.
Virtual-use reservations
The investor submits a use request; management reviews capacity, timing, and rights, then offers terms, fees, and validity. Interface acceptance is not automatic collection or a physical property contract signature. Service, invitations, and provider references require confirmation under the offer.
Content, attendance, recording, privacy, and cancellation responsibilities are defined in the specific agreement. Do not record participants or republish their content without a lawful basis.
Visual tracking
Published materials state available capture or update dates and descriptions. Periodic coverage is not continuous broadcasting; players may stop or updates be delayed. Views do not replace engineering reports, completion certificates, or approved handover.
Recording and publishing require necessary rights and permits, protection of people's privacy, and camera angles limited to a lawful purpose. Users must not republish private materials or use cameras to monitor people outside the service scope.
Access & providers
Viewing, generation, and entry depend on permissions, request status, and approved materials. Availability may be withdrawn when usage rights expire, preserving contractual rights and objections. External-player entry is a separate choice according to the service; provider processing follows its notice and relevant agreement.
Original materials remain their owners' property. Contracts define output use and transfer; display does not license resale or claims of government approval.
